hi, im currently getting a mortgage, and need advice.
i filled in the forms, and went through the part where you declare everything you spend each month, i have a loan which i pay back £170 a month and a a credit card, which will be payed off when i sell my second car, i did not declare the credit card but said im paying £250 back on the loan each month, the £250 is the total for the loan and the card.
will this be a problem with getting the mortgage? as i dont want it to be delayed any more than it is. thanks for any advice. |

I agree with Eric. If you supply a little more information about your situation, that would help greatly.
Your income, loan amount, house value, etc.
Everything that you can supply us with is something that we can use to help you get more information through us. Each of us has a good amount of resources, and if you post up more info (not your personal info!) then we can each tap into that and get you a wealth of information.
Thanks in advance,
