Hi everyone. I am new to this forum. It has such a wealth of knowledge, I love it! I am just trying to share and help, I promise this is not a plug. I am a fellow mortgage broker struggling through this terrible economy.
Honestly, if I was not FHA registered, I could not survive. It is great. I have been closing around 15 FHA loans per month. Not like the hey days, but it pays the bills....
Anyway, I found a great CPA Firm that handled my FHA audit and application. They were affordable, efficient, and did great work. They charged me $4,500 including my corporate tax return. Their web address is w w w . cpafha . c o m. They give free quotes via email. Good luck!
