Hello,
I'm Italian and I live and work in London, my boyfriend is Italian too and he lives and works in London as well.
We both own a house in Italy (one each) and we're planning to buy one in London together. We don't have any debit or ongoing mortgage.
Can someone help me to understand what our position is?
Are we first time buyers?
Can we have any problems with the mortgage because we're not British?
