I bought a house with my brother say 2 years ago. Due to the current climate it maybe worth less than what we originally paid.
As houses are cheaper it could be good time to move in with the misses however..........
Would it be possible for my other brother to take over my half or mortgage?
Would I owe money to my brother I currently live with?
Would I make any money at all?

You would have to make the arrangements between your brother and yourself on the side. The bank will not transfer the loan to your brother. The other option would be to sell the house to your brother. |
