| Borrower bought property 2 months ago, but we need to use current appraised value. Fico is 605 and :lol: of course we need to go stated. Need max cltv possible! |

| How much higher is appraised value, and why did it increase? Were there major upgrades to the property? |

| appraised value went up 80k-no reason other than that's how our market is going right now. |

| Sorry I did not realize that you were looking for a stand alone second. Most places require one year seasoning for a stand alone second. |
