Hi Everyone,
I will be involved in a closing, and this will be my 1st. I am going solo, sans agent, and am a bit nervous. Could you tell me what exactly occurs during these? I have financing almost arranged, and have agreed with buyer already. I keep hearing mention of things that need to be negotiated in the closing and that is worrying me as I would have negotiated prior, right?
Please let me know!!! |

| I guess it is too late for this response, but you should have brought an attorney with you. I would also question why your agent was not there. You could have also had your agent send another agent from his/her office to help you out. |
