Good news for first time buyers and those who may be in need of affordable housing. The government is set to invest a substantial amount of funds into affordable housing and schemes aimed at first time buyers in an attempt to aid a struggling housing market.
This should lead to an increase in new housing and specifically an increase in new affordable homes.
