i need a lender

i need a commercial lender who will do a 37k loan on a bar...its worth about 80k..thats all i know so far

I have a site book marked at home that has a ton of lenders and senerio's you can put in to find one. If I forget to come back-email me and I will post it and put it in the email back to you. I have some sales calls to make, but should drop by after 7pm Indiana time (whatever time zone that is-Private joke for only those of us living in the 3 time zone state!)

thanks that will help..look like it will have to be a small business loan through a local bank i am not having good luck due to loan size...least i tried

Have you tried some of the larger Credit Unions? Some of them take in brokered loans if it makes sense. We use Forum in Indiana and Florida.
