Here is my loan scenario,
Currently Renting and want to purchase. Lived at the home for 14 months. House Value is $585,000. Purchase Price is $535,000. My Scores are no so, around 600. Not much debt. $180K Yr W-2. House in Located in Minnesota. I also put down $15K when i moved in as a renter. Can someone please help me buy. I really want to buy this house...
