My mother is currently the breadwinner of the house and wants to take her husband off the joint ownership for the house since he is spending money fast as if he has a high paying job and getting himself into debt with bad investments.
Are there any other options for this than refinancing the home? About making changes with the mortgage lenders? |

| I think the only way here is refinancing the house .... :( because it will take a lot of time when you finish work with documents :) but then it will be OK I think, theer will not be serious problems. |
