Hey Guys,

As you all know Florida has taken a huge hit in the real estate market, and i'm looking to buy a few properties and stick some tenants in their until the market comes good again and sell the properties.

Property Value: $75k (probably can get it for $65k imo)

# of Properties: 7 (there all in the same neighbourhood right next to each other)

Loan: Preferably "No Money Down" or the lowest i could possibly get away with

FICO: 737 (Excellent score, but since i am only 23 i don't really have a long term history - car payment and 2 credit cards)

Income: $3000 a month

Expenses: Live @ home and pay $49.95 bright house bill..lol..oh and my car payment which is $299. I probably save about 2000 each month w/o any problems really...

My Plan:

$65k Mortgage Over 30 years = $190...how much should i expect on top of this amount for taxes/insurance?

I figured i would put a tenant in there @ $550 a month and just drag the property along until the market comes good. I know for a fact these same units were going for $170k before the subprime fiasco...

Give me your thoughts, comments, etc etc will i be able to get a potential $500k loan with my income ....I'm a rookie in this game so the more info i can get from you guys the better...

Thanks

Nza
