Can any bank do a 120 day mortgage late?
35% LTV, 21/40 dti, NY, FICO 505 and 606, W2, Not in foreclosure. They are on a 15 year and want to go a 30 year. There is a lot of benefit. They also have 60K in a 401K.
Lots of compensating factors. |
