| I am about to start the process of buying another house and have a $20,000 balance on my credit card. I do have $20,000 in the bank that was going to be part of my down payment for the house. Is it better to pay the credit card off or use the money for a down payment? Will one of the other decide the cause a bigger impact to the loan amount that I would be approved for? Thanks for any help. |
