One of the main problems here is you started by advertising.
Because we get so many advertisers, there is a nearly zero tolerance policy for newcomers. There is really no other way. It is nothing personal. Should you prove yourself as a participating member without advertisiing, it would be possible to post in this forum. |

| I am mortgage broker and real estate agent with 14 yrs of experience - that simply stated I was tired of paying for lead and marketing campaigns and I was so impressed with a company 5 yrs ago I went ot work for them. I give out free purchase and refi leads daily from that company - they are overages from telemarketing campaign and internet campaigns - I usually give out about 10 -50 leads per day for free. So it is not like I was advertising or begging for business but giving a service for free. If you want to take me up on my post from Jan that was just deleted - great. Have a great day all. |

| Offering leads for free for the purpose of self promotion and selling leads would pretty much be the same thing, wouldn't it? |

| Feel free to delete my post again - when I was offering free leads as just a loan officer the forum was happy to take me up on my free lead offers but now since it self promotion I completely understand. Have a great weekend everyone. |

people always come here talking about 'free leads' but never give away 'free info'
post something useful and you will be treated better |
