So I'm 4 years into my 5 year ARM, next summer I'm screwed. My condo has dropped 100,000 I was hoping only to be in it for 2 years. I called my bank to refi, and they said since I'm upside down in my condo, they can't refi.
What am I suppose to do? |

| Contact the Fair Lending Program at 1-800-531-6817 and dial extension 206 to get a loan modification. If they take on your file, you are golden. If not, then you have to pray |
