| Just a little background info. Last year we purchased a 230,000 house at 8.6% due to credit scores. Before we closed we were given a good faith estimated that included an $180/month PMI we did not like it but went ahead. Then on the day of closing the 1st copy we signed stated the same $180/month of which I have a copy of. But as we went thru the signing our broker said they had made a mistake and needed to change the PMI, and they changed it to $800/month. They knew we were excited about our first house, it was last day of the month, our rep told us he was going out of town and wouldnt be back so we were rushed and our rent house had a tenant ready to move in, so there was no turning back. The question is, does this practice happen often and can anything be done to get them to lower the PMI since they changed it at closing and we have both copies. |

| That sounds really bad what happened to you, and I have a feeling there may have been some dishonesty here. I look forward to hearing from one of our load officers here, and hopefully we can figure out what can be done. |
