Chp 13 buyout all on time payments for 2 years. 20K in BK buyout + 40K cash out. On time mortgage history 660+ scores. plenty of assets and income low dti LTV <70% after refinance. Self Employed showing full doc.
Loan amount about 300,000. Cash out Texas.
Who is with me who can do this loan? I already know I cannot do FHA cash out in Texas. Otherwise this one would have been done already. The 40K isnt needed but would be nice. Who is with me? |
