I am a first time home buyer, interested in a house on short sale listed @ 239,500. I have about 5k to put down and another 5 ready for any other charges. I have a FICO of 560. I only have a 14 month credit history, I have a 1000 credit card I havent touched and a 350 limit i have used and paid on time. I have 1 -30 day late about 12 months ago, due to the company having the wrong address to bill me at. I have a 35k car loan, and between my wife and I we make around 150k combined and pay the bills on time every month. I have a ton of inquiries from auto loan companys etc. and I want to avoid filling out 200 forms online and just adding more inquiries. What is my best option to get my family and I in a house? FHA? Fannie Mae? Please help!!!
Thanks!!! |

| This is a very difficult scenario and will require a lot of work to put together starting now and ending months from now. Feel free to call me and we can put a game plan together. |
