Any investors lending money to people with 10+ mortgages?

I have 14 mortgages in my personal name (rental properties) and am looking to get a Primary financed. Any investors lending to people with more than 10 loans?

Fico: 740ish, DTI: 40%ish

Primary home will be $600k with 20% down.
