I have a client that came to me with a neg am loan and is nearing 101%. She is asking me if she can do anything to get out of it. she is paying what she says she can afford which is $1075. ill take any suggestions! Loan amt 168334 full P&I $1582 taxes and ins included interest-7.625 appraised value 165-170 609 mid fico
