Does anyone know of a company that still does 100-120% mortgages? I've searched everywhere and can't find a company that still does them. I'm just looking to pay a few bills and remodel my basement. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

With declinging values in most areas of the country - this would be extremey difficult to find! Your funds to pay your bills would bascially be unsecured - doubt you will find this! Better to just look for an unsecured loan IF you have excellent credit. Where I work we can only go unsecured to $7,000 unless you can show a high net worth on a balance sheet.
