| I need a jumbo conforming in Essex County NJ. $729,750, LTV <75%, excellent credit, all ratios qualify. Been quoted 6% No point, lender's fees of $650. Can anyone else compete/beat?? Please email me w/current quote & contact info. MDROSENS@MAIL.COM I'm a former LO so NO B.S. Any B.S. will result in payback with interest. Good business practices mean a deal right now and possibly two more jumbos over the summer. Looking forward to hearing from people with integrity who want some business. |
