| Look the Mortgage Business is really rough right now especially if you were doing a lot of subprime loans or adjustable rate mortgages! Don't cry take advantage of what in front of you. This is a great opportunity to buy and hold properties especially if you on market like Seattle WA, Knoxville TN, Nashville TN, Charlotte NC etc..if you credit is shot then partner up with someone novice investor, learn how to do short sales we already have the contacts such as realtors, title companies, contractors, builders, appraisers etc... use your knowledge of the industry and put it to work. If you don't know learn from site's like Foreclosure Market yes it cost money to learn specialized knowledge! Don't be scare to open a book and learn something new! |
