Does anyone have advice on financing a swimming pool? I already have a HELOC and combined with the amount I owe on my mortgage does not allow for much home equity. I seriously doubt my ability to obtain a 3rd mortgage. Even if I refinance and combine the mortgage and HELOC I still won't have enough equity for the pool.
What kind of options do I have. I need to borrow a significant amount (50K).
Seems like home improvement loans are usually for smaller amounts and have a higher interest rate.
My credit isn't stellar, but isn't bad either (673, 701, 711 for the 3 agencies) hubbies is probably better.
