i have a broker friend in another state who has a 400k loan for the state of new jersey but it is a brick and mortar state..he is willing to co-broker it out and he is very fare with splitting fees i have worked with him in the past...if there is any broker who is new new jersey please let me know ans we can chat from there...

I don't need to be reminded of co-brokering laws....
someone has to do it....lol |

Your broker friend can do the loan through us and would not have to co-broker.
I would need more details about the transactions, FICO, LTV ect..
