I've got a borrower that is purchasing an investment property in Orlando, FL. I need to know what any of you folks can do for a N/O/O I/O and if you can go up to 90%, and what the rates would be like (80/10/10 may be acceptable.)

We're not able to do it up to 90% so I'm hoping to see if any of you folks have that capability. (If you can but you're not licensed in that state, please let me know that as well, and who you'd go through for that product, and I could very likely find someone that is licensed.)

Thanks!

You might try "Jimbo" from the grapevine.

Tell him I said HI! Haven't seen him around as of late.

How about this one. If I'm doing an 80% first will anyone do a 10% second, and what would the rate/cost be of that?

Have you tried Kevin Cheek (Old Hand)? Between him and Mac, they can do about anything. And they are both good to deal with.

Kevin's number is 864-989-0640
Tell them to just check in, in case there is something they can do.
