Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, my name is Amy!
Does anyone know a lender who will do stated on a manufactured home? 693 mid, 80% LTV, both borrowers self employed and cannot use bank statements or tax returns. Need stated program. Does anybody know? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
