Private Lenders

Hello,
I am in need of a loan ASAP. I am facing foreclosure because I was unable to maintain my bills when my business slowed down. My business is back, but I do not have the money to catch back up. My credit is bad now, but I have about 35% equity in my home. I would like a private money loan because I know that credit is not the main factor. Do you have any lenders that can help? With 35% equity in your home it's likely you can find a private/hard money loan to get help... prepare for some high fees & high interest rates though, as those loans aren't cheap.
