I am considering buying a house that has been converted into four individual & self contained flats. property is worth 365,000 85% borrowing rental 21k p/a I will not be living there as I have my own property circa £500,000 How can i get a buy to let mortgage with this arrangement? What do lenders require from a AST, lease or security perspective?
