I've been reading all these great things about FHA refinance but I don't know where to start.
Our house is in my wifes name who has a 500-530 CS now, and is 30 days late on both our mortgages. My CS is around 750 but I probably could not qualify for our 235k loan by myself with 45k/yr income.
How do I apply for an FHA refinance? What programs should I be looking at, and is there any chance we can come out of this with a low interest rate? |
