Need manufactured land/home lender

Any suggestions for land/home manuf home loans? A-D credit. Most applicants are under 600 fico.

You want a 25 yr old singlewide with 6 lots in rural area with 500 scores? Land Contract refi?

We use W/F for all our M/F deals. But we have the decency to give them 700 scores. So, if we have any of them 500 score people out there I know a couple of parks where we could pass out flyers. So I guess I need 500 scores and ability to do them in parks without any real estate.

I don't go looking for them! I work with a pool company that sends me leads for financing as refi's and stand alone seconds. I don't know how many of these I've looked at and just about lost my mind from laughing. After a couple of years of these-you almost wonder how these places keep sales people. If I drove up to someone's house and saw the pool was going to be worth more than the house-I'd back my car up and get the hell out of dodge! BTW, I send deals like this over to American General. This guy also has a balance from his last foreclosure he needs to pay off. :roll:

Rumor has it Greentree is back!!!!!!!!!!! (I used to work there as a skip tracer, I need to look them up)
