I have 8 listings, for FSBO's. I have underwrote FHA/VA, and all of the subprime you can imagine.

Without going into politic's, I'll just say this. I can no longer work in a negative structured office. I would like to have a support area for processing. Just someone to look over my shoulder. I am involved in Abstracting, (which allows me to actually look at several issues) I am involved in Real Estate, on a commercial and residental basis.

I just want a place to hang my hat. Do a loan here and there, and take care of what my circle of influence needs- done. I have everything I need in a 12x12 room for equipment.

I'm in a state where every thing is goofy right now-and I can make it happen, I just need the ability to work with people who actually don't get offended if I have an Independent thought.

(Like the Credit Repair Seminar?-Is there an I in TEAM?)

Seriously though, if you want someone that'll get the job done and knows her loans, you won't go wrong.

I work with a ton of great people, but the day to day whining of "whore moanal issues" is really on my last nerve? It's over 5 title company nerves, 4 appraisers nerves, and ........??????

I GOT HOME YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD TO "JUST DO IT"

I'm gonna hit the road. Where/Who has a decent place for a bitch with every license known to RE in the state of IN? And doesn't mind having someone work for them that also is running for a Township Constable election?

Yes, I have a hook line. I'm going to run as township cop too. YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN UNLESS YOU'RE ACTUALLY IN IT!

I don't know if you're still looking for a company to work with but I may be able to help. The company I represent is looking for originators in Indiana and they take care of all the processing. I'm also working with a national builder who's expanding across the country and working with developers/investors for high-end home development.
