| The listing price is $180,000. Is $158,000 too low of an asking price to start on a short sale? |

| Probably, seeing that the seller probably listed it to the point where their lender was comfortable... but you never know until you submit an offer, worst case you'll be countered. |

I don't think so, if the lender hasn't had any action on the home.. they might just accept it and move on with the loss.
