Hello,
Can someone advise.
My fixed rate benefit period runs out on the 31/12/2010; the next day being bank holiday. Can I arrange my completion date in advance so that I do not have to pay my lenders SVR? Or, can we back date completion? |

Are you in the U.S. or U.K.? (I ask because of your date format as well as using the SVR acronym)
Do you have a prepay penalty (meaning you'll incur an extra amount, usually a few % of your loan balance, in addition to the principal balance when you pay off your mortgage)? |
