Last year this was easy, Times are rough now.
Fico 722
PP $1,513,000.00
90% LTV
Loan Amount is $1,361,700.00
State: Texas
O/O
SIVA (650K in liquid assets)
Not a first time home buyer.
Payment shock.. Going from a 500k home in LA to this house in TX
Both wager earner and self employed.
I am stuck with this one and dont want to let it go.
Please advise.

| I have no solutions other than use some of the $650k in reserves to get a lower LTV... that Californian couldn't find a home in TX at a less expensive price to accommodate their needs? |

90% Jumbo... not easy these days.
If you find someone to do this please post who they are. Many people would love to find a lender doing this. |
