Hi nteasha,
You may be better served by placing this request on web development bulletin boards or forums. Any decent web developer can build you a site to suit your specific needs. You put together a flow chart with the necessary content, they'll do the programming. You can go cheap and just use a web template offered by hosting companies and can upload static content and use their form pages, reasonably inexpensive by using an industry related host/website admin like etrafficers or another lending specific company, again, mostly templates with a more robust offering including a secure application section, spend a bunch and have exactly what you want but most likely be tethered to a specific developer unless you want to redevelop your whole site. There's always the option of getting good enough at programming on your own and trying out different open-source (free) programs. You'll have more control over the content and layout and you won't need to contact an adiministrator for simple changes.
Best regards,

Look for a website design company with experience in building mortgage websites.. However, don't go for templates, go for something unique and customized.. Conversion rates are important for mortgage websites.. It doesn't matter if you have high website traffic if no one is submitting their information to you using your website contact form.. The website content should tell visitors what your company can do for them and solve their problems (rather than you telling them about your company).. This combined with nice graphics and images should lead to high conversion rates.. Good luck! :D

id say look for a good web designer that sepcialises in short term mortgages, private mortgages, commercial mortgages and maybe second mortgages. you really need someone that has some experience in dealing with actual lenders.
