Most likely all the ARMS resetting or IO loans getting out of control. With values dropping like a rock in some areas, people are attempting to do what they can.
it's really sad that people got into some products that were way over thier heads, and never thoght for a moment that values would fall. Combine that with a subprime meltdown, a falling dollar, and rising costs of transporting everything, and you've got a mell of a hess! |
