Hello all! Im having difficulty securing a Lender on this one. I work for a Direct Commercial Lender, however we are a small balance commercial lender, and we can't get anywhere near this, however, this was presented to me by a fellow collegue.
Its a Purchase of a non-flagged Hotel in Downtown Orlando FL
Plans are to purchase the Hotel through a group of investors and make it a flagged Hotel. There will be some subordinate financing, and there looking for somewhere in the neigborhood of 80-90% LTV.
any recommendations? If i can at least find a lender, my partner can provide me with all documentation. |
