Before I get flamed for making my first post in the Advertising section, I just want to say that this is not only an ad for the company I work for, but also a formal introduction of me. I attend College in the evening at FAU in Boca Raton FL, and during the day I work for MetWest Commercial Lender. I do plan on making contributions to the site and engaging in many of the open topics here on the forum. Below is a guideline of our program. If you would like to run a scenario by me, feel free. We also provide YSP for cooperating brokers.

I might not flame you for making your first post in this section, but I will flame you for the other posts that you have already made on this board are simply soliciting the posters with you offering to try to write their business. :roll:

Soliciting....Those individuals were inquiring about the types of scnearios we deal with on a daily basis, I would really hate to go off on tangents here, I thought this was a forum open to mortgage related discussions? Im not not here to spam or post whore, just fairly new to this business and looking to network with brokers nationwide. 8)

.....the main purpose of this forum is to offer good solid financial advice to the posters, not to offer the do their loans for them. Almost everyone here that posts regularly deal with most senarios on a daily basis, but we don't offer to write people's loans on here, were offer them advice which is the intended purpose of the board. Discuss mortgages as much as you would like, I was just making the observation that your first few posts were basically an offer to try to write their business instead of simply discussing their situation.

Anyone can offer to help. It is up to the people who help and offer advice to follow through with what they say they can do, can't do, or state they want to talk about off line.

A man who doesn't even have a stake in this business is the sole admin of this board.

Don't even go around thinking you can tell other people they can't offer to do a loan for someone.

If they can't stand up to the promise of a post-then they live with it.

..Understood, and I just simply stated to run the scenario by me directly to discuss there situation.
