| Most places offering helocs will alow for avm but doubt you will get the value you want and any 1st position loans or 100k + cashout loans will likely need an appraisal anyways |

major bank use them
Countrywide
Citi
Wamu
the key is low ltv below 75 %. full doc. high fico 680 +.reserves. if your pushing 85% stated forget it. especially in Cali. also no condos,rentals.
Looks your under construction or hoping for a higher value?
