I have a person who owns 70 plus 1-4 unit multis. He wants to short sale them (which he says is basically already arranged) to several investors in packages.
The package size would be like 5 - 10 multis. The smaller the better.
Looking for rates in the 7's
Need lender that would do the deals.
Investors have 700 plus scores
