Why don't we just dump all of the trash that will never fund any time in the future right here?
 |

I can fund anything, what are you talking about ;)
I'm loving the increased business my branch is seeing from all the drop outs in the mortgage industry. Picked up another one today that went to American home...then *poof* right before closing. Went next to Charter Funding and....*poof* right before closing.
It's almost enough to make me wish I'd gone out and done some marketing the last three years.

Ok...I'm lieing. I wouldn't trade more loans for marketing. Have you *seen* what those people are like out there? I'll stick to what I'm doing ;) |

Seen what they are like?????????????????????????????????????????????, nooooooooooooooooooooooo....... I'm just really tired of people lying about someone from a HOC calling them about a case transfer of one of these BK'd companies, because they want the case number transferred to them. they think if the have one name at a HOC that itwill work magic. Think again. It's not like we don't know what happened? Or they try and order a case number and figure out it ain't goona happen in an instant.
sad but true, there are some good LO's suffereing from this. it's the jerks that need a major weeding. |

| Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Chow. Not having done FHA for a while, I forgot about the case number transfer issue for soon to be defunct mortgage companies. Always worked very well for "real" companies but, ouch, this has got to be a problem with borrowers haning by their thumbs. |
