Okay I need to find a warehouse lender who will do a Townhouse Co-op in Greenbelt, MD -
The customer mid score is 621, his protion of the Coop is paid off, he wants to get a HELOC equal to 60% LTV all cash out or a small first with a HELOC LA $100,000.
I've already checked with Bank of America, WAMU, ABC is gone, and Citi says they cannot do it. |
