Hi I'm am Realtor in NY and I'm looking for someone to do a purchase loan for my client.
*) It's a 1 family unit, 745 fico (all 3 scores are in the mid 700's), stated income, primary residence, 94% LTV, they are looking for a 30 year loan with their payments under $3000.
The lender who they were with before gave them a 9.5% interest rate, another one gave them 7%.
* I am also looking for a Construction Loan, the clients is looking to build a 2 unit property, has approved plans and quotes from a builder already.
* and I have another person who's interested in getting a hard cash loan. (more detailed information will be given on contact)

| hello. I can help you with both situations. Besides being able to get you an honest well detailed answer on any residential mortgage, we are well versed in construction loans. Local banks, out here in Suffolk County, refer construction loans over to us. |

How could you possibly know that you can help him with both situations? There's not nearly enough information posted to provide an accurate scenario.
I emailed him suggesting he provide more information, until then it's just a white rabbit. |
