|
I live in Irvine, Ca and my company does loan in most states. However, we do not do loans in Ohio. I was born in ohio and most of my family is there. I have two family loans that are ready to go. Priced and documents are ready.
I need to find a broker to put these through. If you can do this or know someone who can please email me.
Thanks in advance for the help |

| The question of the day would be, are you intending to receive compensation for these referrals or just looking for someone to make sure the job gets done right? |

Hap,
That was my assumption also but I was tempted to email him since the web site looked as if they were “legitimate”. But, nah ! There was that “broker to put these through”. Maybe he’s trying to do a favor for a relative but it looks as if his hand is out. I don’t see how brokers think they can get “co-brokes” though Reg Z but even if one could get a “get out of jail free” card there, you really are tripped up with Ohio law is dealing with unlicensed brokers. Why was this guy taking an application “from family” in a state he couldn’t do business in? My guess is that he didn’t even hand out the AG notice – stupid notice but it’s triple
damages plus attorney fees.
I could use a couple more loans but since loans were “priced” I suspect there’s enough excess to get me in trouble |

Guess we'll see what happens when he comes back ;)
I was wondering about the app/pay thing, but you went a tad further than I did. I just nuked the offsite info and didn't bother thinking twice about it. If he's interested in truly helping out his family members, he'll be back ;) |

this thread tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about Haplo and M2C.
Haplo was originally helpful but then turned to the "nuke".
M2C didn't respond until he had investigated the whole thing like he's some kind of mortgage forum CSI. |

| Nope, I originally nuked and said if you want to have further contact, you can do so here. Kind of the purpose of the board. |

I just need to find someone that my I can do my sisters loan without them trying to take everything from her. I priced it because NFS had told us about four months ago they could do Ohio but after I had evreything ready they backed out and told us they no longer were ablt to do any Ohio loans. This really made me look bad with the rep I priced them through. Some of our out of states loans are funded through them.
I did receive a message from someone but I was not sure who they were. I wil go back through the meesages and call you back. Thanks for the reply. |

| I have been sending my Ohio loans to a guy I know in OH for over a year now. I get about 5 leads a month from there. He doesn't co-broker but takes really good care of your clients. His name is David Zwierecki. 888-418-4467 |
