...and it looks like a much better version that is better laid out and it actually has categories and doesn't crash...at least yet!

Someone suggested that I create a method to post loan scenarios here. I still plan to do that.

No...for the love of all that is holy and good, don't do it! stay away from the light!

I think that the ad thing at the bottom is great, and if someone has something that fits into one of those peoples products, let em go for it. Nothing personal against the newbies in the industry (I still have questions all the time, but I don't ask that kind of garbage HERE) but it's surprisingly out of hand.

Plus the cost of the board would be astronomical...

Cool I can do that...a good alternative might be to add more features to www.mortgageplexus.com. That site is already starting to generate some leads, and I plan to share those leads for free with contributing members of this board. I am finishing up the programming on another site, and then I will be ready to get you involved (only a select "beta" group).

David you are a cool guy. Keep it up and you might find yourself in the mortgage profession, getting twisted into evilness!

I mean, you'll stay just as cool as you are. Cuz we're all cool people. Every single one of us.

looks like www.mortgageplexus.com stole their HTML from www.appraisers.com. Nice idea but bad layout! You have to go by state which most lenders can do most states. So they don't care where they get their leads from as long as they can do the loan there.

I take it you are referring to the map...
It is used on literally hundreds of sites, so there are many thieves in our midst.

I just threw mortgageplexus.com up a while ago, knowing that in a year it would have more value, which it does now (getting leads). Wait til you see the new software I will be installing (all custom made). It is really cool, and very fun to use for prospects and lenders.

I am in beta testing on another site. Once that is done, I'll be doing on mortgageplexus.com.

There are so many boards out there, it's not even funny. I like the vine's site because it is just one part of the site. They have news, all kinds of vendor information in the buyers guide, you can look at the servicing news.

I like this site because If I'm having a bad day, I don't have to worry about getting piled on! I do look forward to some of the other things youre trying David. I did talk to grrl today, I asked if the complaint form was helping at all. She just kind of choked! "No, they still have to fill the boxes out!" 8) She really has a job of it, with that much traffic it would be hard to manage, plus she does a ton of other work on that BIG site-ALL OF IT!

Every board has it's little niche. Well, I guess if you still need a Part Time person to moderate an area, I can help. email the rules of engagement for the area you think I'd help in. (Since you gave the easy area to Nikko! ) There's nothing wrong with questions about programs, it's just that people seem to ask the same ones over again, even if you do have a search feature!
