| is it me or does he vine get more and more lazy...it seems the questions that people could get themselves are getting more and more..is there really any beneficial info over there anymore except for what you can find doing a search????????????? |

That place is really only good for political arguments, and as a stage for my particular brand of jackassery.
Most of the questions that are asked there could, and SHOULD, be answered by a manager, not posted on a public forum where the whole WORLD can see how truly moronic the industry is turning.
There are maybe a dozen people there that I would actually take advise from! And seven of them are Marvin LOL |

The problem in this industry right now is the influx of used car salesmen and car stereo installers who all of the sudden think they are Mortgage Professionals now that they got a desk in some schmucky mortgage office calling people off Title lists and trying to do a "rate reduction refi" on a guy who was lucky to get the deal he has by promising him 1.25% intrest on their mortgage!
I think there should be some sort of apprenticeship program in this business to insure that those of us in the business who know what we are doing are the ones that are in contact with the customers.
I've seen some some guys and gals come from outside the business and really pick it up, but for the most part if you don't know how an ARM works you shouldn't sell it to a customer.
I've seen this business go from famine to feast and everything in between, when the car salesmen go back to the lots this businness will be a profession again. |
