Anyone knows who can do a standalone HELOC behind a Neg Am loan.
640 FICO
OO
69%CLTV
20k HELOC... no minimum draw

I think the problem you are going to have is 640 score and stated income. The neg am shouldn't be an issue at that CLTV. Have you tried Chase?
