Please welcome WilliamTygart as moderator of the new Learning Center forum. This new forum's goal will be to assemble resources to help people in making decisions about loans. It will not be a place to "sell" people, only to help them. I don't know any of you very well yet, but I hope you will find William to be an asset to us here.

William is a "safe" guy. However if you put Nikko in charge of anything but the fun area's-You are in deep trouble!

The first thing I would give a suggestion on is limiting the amount of TYPES of threads. If you keep getting the same question over and over, it does get old. Understand what I'm suggesting?

Yes, thank you for your helpful comments, chow.
Hopefully, we will keep growing, and as we do, there will be one or more moderators in each forum to keep things organized. And as you said, we will try point people to previous threads, and if necessary, delete or lock new threads that are a rehash of the same item.

Hey David, I've notced you haven't made a cut in quite some time. What happened to your swing/game? Didn't you use to be #1?

I get emails all the time like:
1) Can they fly out to interview me
2) Giving advice about my vertigo
3) Hoping I will get back in the swing

You just wait, one day I will be the guy everybody knows! :D

I've seen a few of these come and go over the years. If you're into newbie training and have the patience of Job, it might work. I tripped into the vine when it was in the infant stage. We had more interaction from lenders there. Now it's turned into a hodge podge of wild wild loan dumping. (aka where do I unload my garbage truck, or I have a 900 score and need a 50% CLTV)

I am quite experienced with running forums. One of the secrets is finding good moderators to help keep things focused. I will certainly give it my best shot.

There will definitely be more moderators. Take a look here:

I can barely moderate myself, much less anything else! However, I think that a forum like the jokes or anything goes would be right up my alley :)

I won't get boring, Chow! Believe me, as silly as I am, that will not be a problem.
