i need to know what "A" lender is offering the best % only product right now for a 600 k stated purchase..the lenders i normally use don't seemt o be the best...any ideas?

either is fine..were trying to get as close to a 100% as possible...we can go full doc if we have to..right now i am getting rates between 6 and 6.25

Becca have you checked our Aurora Loan Services, ABConduit, and Taylor, Bean & Whitaker's hybrid product?

which pass through do you work for? let me know. I do not like "the brother's" one on one as a broker.

ugh - spammers.. anyway.. I'm looking forward to some more information :) lol.. I'm kind of in the same boat here. It's either going to bend or break me so I need some great, low percentages.
